Cut-outs provide an opportunity to cover windows with unique architectural elements and are suggested for clearance around obstructions such as door handles, window cranks and window air conditioners. Modern Precious Metals™ aluminum blinds, Country Woods^® horizontal wood blinds and horizontal alternative wood blinds offer bottom side and center cut-outs, with the latter two offering headrail cut-outs as well. Duette^® and Applause^® honeycomb shades offer bottom left or right side cut-outs. Heritance^® hardwood shutter cut-outs are specifically designed to provide clearance for French door handles.
