Decorating Style
Have you ever wanted to throw everything out and decorate a room from scratch? I can't afford it, but wish that I could.
Most of us can't afford to start from scratch, so we need a master plan. First, look at your room: What is good, what is bad, and what is just plain ugly. Keep in mind sofas and chairs can be reupholstered or slipcovered. Wood pieces can be painted or restained. To update the floors, try an area rug. Secondly, how about a new Hunter Douglas window covering? I envision a Pirouette® window shading or a Parkland™ Genuine Woods blind. Either treatment will go with any style and it's as talking with your local Hunter Douglas dealer. Add a few accessories—and you'll have your new room!
