All Hunter Douglas products are made for easy care and cleaning. You won't have to do much to keep them looking like new, aside from regular dusting and periodic vacuuming. That's because Hunter Douglas has created fabrics that are dust, soil and stain resistant, and our aluminum shades are treated with a proprietary dust repellent paint. One other tip when you're cleaning your actual windows: It's best to clean the glass on an overcast day. If it's too hot and sunny, your cleaning solution will dry too fast and leave streaks on your windows.
