Q:How do I know if my Hunter Douglas motorized shades are compatible with the Platinum™ App?

A:The Platinum App is compatible with all PowerRise 2.1 and PowerGlide 2.1 systems. This can be verified by the "Platinum App Certified" label affixed to the power cable attached to the product motor.
