Q:Can I use a 3rd party universal remote to operate my PowerRise®, PowerGlide® 2.0, or PowerTilt™ with Platinum® Technology motorized window coverings?

A:

Only Platinum™ Technology transmitters (Platinum remote or Platinum wireless wall switch) can be used to operate PowerRise®, PowerGlide® 2.0, or PowerTilt™.
