Q:I'm not happy with the product I ordered, can I exchange it?

A:

Hunter Douglas products are custom made and therefore are not returnable/exchangeable unless defective according to the Hunter Douglas lifetime limited warranty. However, you can discuss options with your dealer who will work with his or her fabricator to determine what the possible solutions are.
